Zady was founded by Maxine Bedat and Soraya Darabi. Their dream was to create a stylish clothing line that was made ethically by skilled workers who made beautiful, quality clothing. So that people could feel good in their clothes and about who made them.

Why they do whay they do:

Zady is now working to implement a "new standard" in the business of fashion cutting down on carbon dioxide emissions, increased clothing consumption and an industry that thrives on forced and child labor.

“Zady was founded on the idea that through our collective buying decisions we could drive positive change."-Maxine Bedat

On every product page Zady gives a detailed account of where the materials, weaving, dyeing, and sewing took place to make the garment you are viewing. If the item is not a part of the Zady collection they give thorough background information on the brand they are selling complete with cool pictures and anecdotal stories.
